Return Policy

Items may be returned for exchange only within 40 days of purchase if:

• item is found to be defective
• item is received damaged
• wrong item is shipped

Exchanged items must be returned in like new condition

Items returned in conditions other than "new" are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For your protection, send your package insured and pre-paid via US Mail or UPS.

Videos are not returnable unless defective. Defective tapes will be replaced within 30 days of purchase.
